Radiant Historia – Low Level Part 5: Heiss, Special Forces, Granorg Palace, Rosch

Four more boss battles, most of them fought by Stocke alone. I would say that the Special Forces battle is the most difficult out of the ones shown in the video. First Stocke has to take on Heiss one-on-one for the first time. Heiss can drain your health, and though he doesn’t use that move very often, it can be annoying and prolong the battle (it’s also noticeable stronger than his regular attack). I poisoned him and then did some physical-magic-physical comboing, which brought his health down to where the battle was pretty much over (you can’t kill him now). The poisoning was unnecessary, I guess, but it did stack with my other attacks. Next was a battle against Special Forces, and this one depends on luck so much it’s very possible to lose. Stocke solos two enemies and they like setting up a Power Zone on the central column. Once it’s been set up, they might use their turn to position themselves on the zone, and their damage potential will skyrocket from very minimal to seriously menacing. If one of the soldiers steps on the power zone, Stocke can just push him out. However, if both decide to do that, the damage will eventually kill Stocke (since he can’t push and heal at the same time). I guess having a mana burst ready would help, but only for one turn. Mostly a luck-reliant battle that can be easy or hard depending on what the enemies do. Then we fight some soldiers in Granorg Palace, and it’s actually a really easy battle compared to what we had in the past against
